Prices

All prices on the KA Beauty and KA Lashes websites are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are made for sold out items, pricing errors and technical errors.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • KA Beauty & KA Lashes webshop:
    VISA, VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Payment is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All payments are secure and comply with applicable legislation.

Delivery

  • KA Lashes webshop: Orders received before 12 noon on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
  • KA Beauty clinic: Products can be picked up by appointment.

Shipping prices:

  • Denmark: From 48 kr.
  • Abroad: Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination and are displayed before payment.

Delivery services: We use PostNord, GLS, DAO and DHL. If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location and you will be notified.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty on all products purchased from KA Beauty & KA Lashes in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time (max. 2 months after the defect is discovered).

Please note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused.
  • In the same condition as upon receipt.

Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal to:

The customer is responsible for the return costs. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the item meets the requirements.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

  • Sealed goods where the seal has been broken.
  • Goods manufactured according to customer specifications.
  • Hygiene products that cannot be returned for health reasons.
  • Hair Extensions are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are ordered specifically for the individual customer. This also applies in cases where the chosen color does not match the customer's expectations.

  • Information about purchased items
